Overview and scope of application
The internal WSSS Atomization King spray gun is designed for farmland irrigation and industrial/mining dust suppression. It is compatible with large and medium reel-type sprinkling machines and can serve as a tail gun for large center-pivot irrigation systems. Typical applications include large-area irrigation projects, stockpile and material spraying for dust control, stadium turf irrigation, and dust suppression at power plants, ports, docks, rail freight yards, coal and coking facilities. The device effectively reduces airborne particulates, including PM2.5.

Main functional range
The product supports multiple nozzle calibers with flow rates from 9.6 m³/h to 19 m³/h, operating pressure between 0.2 MPa and 0.7 MPa, and an effective spray radius of 22 m to 51 m, allowing adaptation to varied soils, terrains, crops and environmental requirements.

Adjustable elevation angle

Spray gun structural features
This turbine-worm type spray gun features a large number of nozzles and freely adjustable elevation between 0° and 48°. The adjustable sprinkler breaker aligns with the set elevation. The design ensures uniform rotation, low pressure loss and smooth, reliable operation.

The spray body and flow stabilizer are drawn from aluminum alloy with a smooth inner wall and precise stabilizer vanes. Construction materials include copper alloy, aluminum alloy, engineering plastics and stainless steel for corrosion resistance.

The gun can operate in sector or full-circle rotation. The adjustable sprinkler breaker produces fine and consistent droplets. With high mechanical strength and stable performance, the unit is widely applied in industrial dust suppression and agricultural irrigation.
