Overview
Dry air blowing is an air-blowing cleaning machine designed for bulk post-harvest processing of stem-and-leaf and root-attached vegetables such as Chinese chives, coriander and spinach. It performs cleaning, water removal and sorting in farm fields, cleaning workshops, cold-storage warehouses, canteens and supermarkets, replacing manual drying and cleaning operations and enabling mechanized handling.

Technical features

• Machine body in food-grade SUS304/2B stainless steel; uses dewatered compressed air to deliver strong cleaning capacity and a high cleaning rate without damaging stems, leaves or roots; suitable for delicate stem-and-leaf vegetables.
