FPA FLASH is a mechanical transplanter that can lay the plastic film, in either polyethylene or biodegradable, fix it to the ground and transplant plugs with conical and cylindrical shape (max 7 cm in diameter). This machine can also transplant on bare ground, in greenhouses or in open fields, with an hourly production that reaches up to 3,500 plants for each row. The inter-row is adjustable starting from cm. 35 and the distance on the row is adjustable from cm.18 up to cm.165 (in relation to the number of cups that can be from 1 to 6). This transplanter can be set up in 3 types of frame: - Frame B for plastic film with a width of 750-1300 mm (30” – 51”) - Frame C for plastic film with a width of 1200-1700 mm (47” – 67”) - Frame D for plastic film with a width of 1600-2000 mm (63” – 79”) Each element is equipped with a rotating distributor that supplies the cups; after drilling the plastic film, cups release the plant in a furrow made by a ploughshare that works simultaneously under the plastic film. The great innovation of this transplanter is in its compactness and in its extraordinary production capacity combined with a high quality and precision in transplanting, thanks to the reduced hole made through the plastic and to the parallelogram system designed specifically for this type of machine.
