Grapple FB160 designed for loading pulpwood, small loads of timber and wood. Width opening arms with one hydraulic cylinder provides high gripping force and fast cycle times maximizing loading performance. Grapple frame and arms are constructed of high tensile steel which ensures high reliability and simplicity of operation. Lightweight but strong construction was one of the most important aspects of grapple design. Sturdy construction of Domex 650 metal, high-quality components and a time-tested design solution contribute to the grapple’s long service life. The FB160 is a compact gripper for lightweight materials but designed to work long hours. Maximum grip opening width is 1010 mm with 0.16 m2 grip area. Coupling hole is Ø49 mm. All bolts, axle pins, cylinder hose are securely protected. It is important to note that it’s easy and quick to mount and remove the grapple.
