Description
The Gallagher S120li is a solar-powered electric fence energiser with a built-in LiFePO battery. At 1.2 J stored energy and up to 10 kV output voltage, it is designed for a wide range of livestock and wildlife control applications. The unit is 60% lighter and more compact than comparable models, improving portability and installation options. Suitable for fences up to 12 km (2-wire ideal conditions) and for sheep nets.

Reliable year-round charging and energy management
Equipped with a 12W solar panel and lithium battery technology, the S120li charges faster and delivers longer operating times than conventional units. The intelligent adaptive energy control and Gallagher smart battery management ensure continued operation during low-light periods. Field tests show up to 60% better practical performance compared with other 1 J solar energisers.

Durable design and protection
The S120li features a sealed housing, magnetic rotary control and built-in lightning protection. The patented solar panel has double glazing; the unit is insect- and weather-resistant. A rear voltage indicator flashes green when fence voltage exceeds 3 kV and red when below 3 kV. Product warranty: 7 years (including 3 years on the battery).

Installation and use recommendations
Mount the device with the solar panel facing south-west and clear of vegetation. Earth with two 1 m earth stakes. Do not place the device directly on the ground—use the included bracket to mount on a post or stake, or the supplied stand (also usable as an earth stake). Red and green crocodile cables for fence and earth connection are included. After purchase or storage, charge the unit for three days in daylight in the OFF position facing south. Recharge when the red LED shows low battery. For long-term storage, keep in a dry, dark, ventilated place.
