The shredding rotor of the BIOMATICH 91 has a strong design and manufacturing and it is equipped with special hammers placed on 4 rows, 10 for each row for a total of 40. The fusion among special steels allows no grease of the hammers, as there is no overheating and friction during the work. The shredder BIOMATICH 91 can be feeded with a showel or a crane and the final material can be disposed in heaps of an adjustable height depending from the requirements of the further processing operations. It is able to shred and type of green waste and produces very defibrated material of adjustable sizes, suitable for any type of compost purposes. This professional shredder machine can be equipped with a rear exhausting conveyor placed in the discharge area. This exhausting conveyor consists of a steel chain, that if fully closed allows the arrangement of higher and more adjustable heaps of material or the loading of the shredded material directly into a container or a trailer. In this way there will be very poor dust with dry material. Furthermore the shredder 91 can be equipped with a self propelling system in order to displace itself without being towed.
