M 614-1 Potato Sorter – efficiency, precision, mobility The M 614-1 potato sorter is designed to separate the potato mass into three size fractions: oversize, seed potatoes, and fine waste. It simultaneously removes impurities and damaged tubers. The integrated picking table enables manual selection of stones and damaged potatoes, followed by bagging of cleaned material. This mobile unit can operate both indoors and outdoors, provided it is powered by 3×380 V + N. The M 614-1 is available in three configurations, depending on the type of sorting table: – belt picking table – roller picking table – extended roller picking table with inspection lamp The sorter offers a capacity of approx. 2 t/h and uses 3 interchangeable sorting screens with mesh sizes ranging from 35×35 to 55×55 mm. The belt-slat feeder with carriers ensures efficient movement and screening of potatoes. Machine dimensions: 4960 × 1220 × 1900 mm. Weight: 428 kg. Operated by 3 to 6 people, depending on work organization. The feeding conveyor has a working width of 300 mm; the picking table is 760 mm wide.
