Grain monitoring software that offers real-time data about the temperature and moisture of the stored material on different levels. It securely stores the sensor’s history data for easy access, and it also allows an easy scheduling of e-mail reports. It enables remote monitoring of your plant’s status anytime and anywhere with the CTC Cloud (mobile app). All data information is provided by Gescaser’s Ex Interface. Graph window For better control of your grain, all data collected from the sensors from the storage plant is saved in a database and represented in graphs. The graphs allow to visualize, for each silo and at different heights within it, the following parameters over a selected period of time: - Temperature: allows the identification of heating trends or cooling processes. - Moisture: shows the equilibrium moisture content (EMC) helping user to prevent fermentation or hotspots. - Filling level: shows the quantity of sotred cereal by visualizing loading and/or unloading cycles. - Ventilation: allows to control the number of hours the ventilation has been working.
