Hydrocyclone sand separator The hydrocyclone is a sand and inorganic particles separator and works as a centrifugal. Its particular structure creates a vortex at the entrance of the water that allows the separation of heavier particles due to the centrifugal force. The separation takes place continuously with always constant working pressure and without moving parts. The solid particles separated from the water are deposited in an appropriate collection tank equipped with a comfortable opening to be easily emptied.
