The Gruber hammer mill Super is a powerful grinding mill without conveying blower. It is suitable for small and medium-sized farms. The Gruber mill can optionally be supplied with flour stock box or flow funnel. Due to the different screen sizes with a mesh of 2 mm to 10 mm, it is suitable both for cattle and chicken farms and for pig farms. As a result of our long experience: The large size of the grinding chamber and the screen surface prevents excessive heating of the feed, because of the short stays in the grinding chamber. When heated the feed too much protein would be lost. The following types are available: Hammer mill "Super 40" - electric motor 4,0 kW, max. 800 kg / h Hammer mill "Super 55" - electric motor 5.5 kW, max. 1100 kg / h Hammer mill "Super 75" - electric motor 7.5 kW, max. 1500 kg / h Hammer mill without a conveying blower - for grinding of grain of every kind. 16 hammers - each 4 x reversible for a long life span Driven with electric motor 3000 rpm. Rubber feet for version with flour box. Flour storage box with 420 liter capacity. Swivelling filling funnel Electrical equipment is complete wired with plug-switch combination, motor protection switch and amperemeter. All-steel construction - robust and reliable.
