Tunnel mulch laying machine Tunnel mulch laying machine is special designed machine to cover plastic mulch on the built hoops. The high clearance tractor drives this machine on hoops with mulch, nonwovens and nets to build tunnels to protect vegetable. It has a fusiform to pre-shape the plastic mulch like a tunnel roof, the wheel clamp hold tightly the edges of the mulch on the ground, the harrow disc with hydraulic force covers big amount soil and clods to makes it stable, even during strong wind. The built tunnel mulch can fit to hoops tightly again the strong wind vibrating up to 8 degree. The complete tunnel can be maximum 1.2m width and 0.5m height. Working speed: 2-4 km/h in different soil. Labour: 1 worker supervisor on soil coverage.
