Overview
Model year updates for Hagie self-propelled sprayers covering model years 2023 through 2027. Summarized are new factory-installed options, feature improvements and available systems to support precision application, operator comfort and serviceability.

2027

• See & Spray™ Premium – STS12 joins STS16 and STS20 as available with factory-installed See & Spray Premium.
• ExactInject™ – Redesigned direct-injection system enabling single‑pass application of multiple chemistries with selective activation across buffer and management zones; available on STS12 and STS16.
• JDLink™ Boost – Connectivity solution for areas with limited or no cellular coverage.
• Boom Breakaway Shields – Added protection for the breakaway tip section on 100', 120' and 132'-20" booms to safeguard nozzle bodies, nozzles, harnessing and other boom components.
• 5-Bar Brush Guard – Improves crop flow between the transom and chassis; backward compatible to 2023 STS machines and newer.
• AutoTrac Vision 2.0 – All STS series machines will be Vision 2.0 ready from factory; kits ordered separately.
• Single Point Air-Dump – Centralized air release next to the battery disconnect for the air-suspension system.
• Cup Holder for Ultimate Cab – Additional ergonomic cup holder location for operator comfort.

2026

• See & Spray Premium – STS20 joins STS16 as factory-orderable with See & Spray Premium.
• BoomTrac Pro 2 – Boom height control available across STS models and boom sizes.
• AutoTrac Turn Automation (ATTA) – Automates steering at headlands to link passes and guide the machine into the next pass.
• ExactApply™ VR Across the Boom & A+B Switching and Pulsing – Enhances ExactApply for improved rate resolution and multiple-rate delivery across the boom.
• Crab Steer with Side Hill Assist – Diagonal movement while facing forward; Side Hill Assist enables manual rear tire offset to reduce sliding on slopes.
• Fill Location Control Pads – Use side and front fill station control pads without manual switching.
• Platform Mounted Hand Wash – Hand wash station after PPE storage and prior to cab entry.
• Additional Camera Package – Option to increase around-machine visibility.
• Lighting Upgrade – Improved forward, side and service lighting.

2025

• See & Spray Premium – Expanded availability across Hagie machines.
• Gen 5 Display – Faster boot and map loading with a more powerful processor and HD screen.
• 7500 Integrated Receiver – Integrated SF-RTK receiver for long-term repeatability season-to-season.
• Rear Boom In-Cab Switching – Switch to center rear boom without manual jumper changes; multi-rank software compensates for positioning differences.
• Rinse System Improvements – Transfer water from rinse tank to solution tank without an optioned load pump.
• Larger Personal Protection Storage – Increased PPE storage to keep equipment clean when not in use.

2024

• ExactDrop – Late-season application system capable of extending drops up to 120' every row; compatibility varies by implement.
• Extended Monitor – Immediate access to frequently used operations to reduce page navigation while spraying.
• Mobile Weather – Weather documentation capability during spraying operations.
• Mid Width & Floater Fenders – Debris protection for wider float tires.
• Quick Release Brush Guard – Increased early-season visibility and simplified front-end maintenance.
• Active Seat II – Smoother ride to reduce operator fatigue during long days.
• Ordering Sprayer Nozzles with Machine – Option to order nozzles together with the machine for convenience.

2023

• Boom Upgrades – Larger hydraulic cylinders and structural improvements at main fold and boom-transom attachment.
• Integrated 7000 receivers – Replacing bracket-mounted 6500 receivers.
• 750 float tires – Improved traction with reduced soil compaction.
