Overview
The NK is a tractor-mounted sprayer by HARDI designed for growers who need simple, serviceable equipment with increased capacity. The latest generation retains a powder-coated chassis with a low centre of gravity close to the tractor and a serviceable diaphragm pump. Available tank sizes reach up to 1000 litres and boom section control is moved into the cab via the EVC unit.

Warranty
Every NK sprayer is covered by a 2-year warranty. Warranty validity requires commissioning, registration and maintenance according to the HARDI Operator’s Manual and service guidelines, and the use of genuine HARDI parts. Coverage is subject to HARDI’s applicable warranty terms and conditions.

Capacity and tank features
The NK is offered in 600, 800 and 1000 litre tanks. Key tank features include:

• High-impact polyethylene tank with deep sump for complete emptying
• Standard rinse tank: 72 or 110 L
• Pressure agitation for difficult mixtures

MB boom — Simple and easy
The MB boom is manually folded and mounted directly to the chassis to keep weight close to the tractor. The boom is polyester powder coated and can be supplied with an optional hydraulic lift/H-frame for cab-controlled height adjustment when required by crop height regulations.

HARDI 364 pump — 140 L/min

Operating unit and fluid system features
The NK uses the EVC Operating Unit and includes features to simplify operation and protect the fluid system:

• Main on/off returns all liquid to the tank for safe shutdown
• HARDI-MATIC maintains application rate despite PTO rpm variation
• Integrated top-mounted suction filter and three inline pressure filters (one per boom section)
