The HatchTech Chick Storage Room has been carefully designed to deliver the perfect climate conditions needed to guarantee outstanding development and quality for every chick. The HatchTech Chick Storage Room addresses the key challenge of storing chicks between the hatching and transportation stage: high chick density in transport crates, and the subsequent risk of heat stress and dehydration. To prevent this, chicks must maintain an ideal body temperature of 40.0°C (104°F) to 40.6°C (105°F). HatchTech’s storage solution is equipped with temperature sensors and precision-temperature controllers, to ensure optimal climatic conditions in the storage room, as well as uniform airflow and velocity. In this way, chicks are able to maintain their optimal body temperature and avoid dehydration without the need for additional space or mechanical cooling. The HatchTech Chick Storage Room can be integrated into any existing or new hatchery, regardless of the brand of incubation equipment.
