Through particularly homogeneous illumination, the auxiliary stop lamp generates a high level of attention during the braking process and thus makes an important contribution to road safety. The innovative light guide technology, which is continuously developed by HELLA, transports the brake signal from the LEDs in the center section of the lamp to the end tips, ensuring a striking rear design and strong visual effect. The highly efficient LED technology combined with the precision lenses results in power consumption of only 1.7 watts. In spite of its slim design, the HELLA LongLED 45 is extremely robust: Thanks to protection class IP 67, the auxiliary stop lamp is dustproof and can even withstand brief submersion underwater.
