Hollow disc slurry chopper RCX Series

Cutters in the RCX series represent the logical further development of the RotaCut. With flow rates of up to 750 m3/h, they provide cost-effective maceration in harsh applications and in the minimum of space. To achieve this, the RCX types have particularly sturdy motors and a stable and rigid design that enable use on the discharge side with up to 6 bar. A completely new concept was developed to ensure easy access for service and maintenance despite larger dimensions and weights: the pivoted service flap provides access to the cutter and the horizontal layout means that the cutting blades and screen can be replaced in just a few easy steps. The cartridge seal that comes with all RCX types saves time when changing the sealing, increases safety and improves the ease of maintenance. Reduced wear and a longer lifetime result in lower operating costs.
