The IDS SAND stabilizer is ideal for a sand bedding cubicle. Indeed, it retains the sand in the cubicle thus avoiding the loss of sand but also the formation of hollows. Sand absorbs moisture and brings comfort to your cows combined with an excellent value for money. INSTALLATION / FIXING •Fix the IDS Sand mat to the bottom of the cubicle using 12 8x100mm hammer-in achors with A2 stainless steel screws and washers. •Cover the mat with a 2 to 3 cm layer of sand and tamp it using a vibrating plate. Finally, cover with a layer of straw of about 5 cm. HYGIENE •Sand being an inert material, it ensures better hygiene and reduces the risk of mastitis. Your cows lie down in a healthy environment.
