Description

Is the automatic analyzer for the contemporary measures of: protein, moisture, gluten, ash, hardness, fat and Zeleny, this has been achieved by implementing an invention, which is a unique optical system having compact and robust structure. This ensures moreover excellent stability and accuracy and quick and precise analyses of grains, oil seeds, corn and flour without requiring any sample preparation. The instrument transilluminates the sample on a large surface and measures its infrared spectra. The embedded computer calculates the values of the sample components. The analyser is precalibrated, that is the mathematical relation between the spectrum and the amount of the sample components is determined by the producer based on large sample set; these calibrations are transferable. ADVANTAGES: Measurement of cereal grains without milling them Measurement of flour Measure the following parameters: protein, moisture, gluten, ash, hardness, fat, Zeleny Transferable calibrations Excellent accuracy and reproducibility in the wave lengths Graphic display provides information on the sample filling Integrated printer No heating time needed Made in Italy TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS: •Power supply: 12V AC/DC adapter •Power consumption: 40 VA •Dimensions: 430x490x290 mm •Measuring time: 1 minute •Light source: tungsten halogen lamp •Keyboard: touch screen •Display: 7” LCD •Printer: integrated thermal paper •Connections: USB 2.0
