The newly developed suction arm enables powerful and clean transfer of the manure from the transport tanker into the container. Thanks to the 1.5 metre long telescopic function, the arm can extend 8.2 metres beyond the tractor and thus very flexibly suck the slurry from the feeder vehicles, even if they are standing crosswise in front of the tractor. A hydraulically driven rotary lobe pump creates a vacuum and the slurry is then conveyed into the container using the powerful turbo accelerator. This means that 25m³ can be overloaded in less than 3 minutes and hoses no longer need to be moved and connected by hand. This increases the convenience and efficiency of the system. Container With a volume of 40 m³, the container holds one and a half lorry loads and is therefore an ideal temporary storage facility for the permanent spreading of liquid manure. Pump The built-in Doda centrifugal pump has an output of up to 300 m³/h and is approved for tractors up to 300 hp. This enables high output and low maintenance thanks to a separate gearbox and pump housing. Hose reel The hose reel is a reinforced version of an irrigation reel. It is therefore able to withstand the high forces involved in hosing and reliably unwinds and rewinds the hose.
