Overview
The Kongskilde KDC and KDC PLUS grain cleaners are designed for pre-cleaning and grading of cereals and seeds using screen-based size separation and, on PLUS models, integrated aspiration to remove light impurities, dust and fines for improved crop quality.

Models

• KDC 5000: Dual-screen drum cleaner with an inner scalping screen to remove large particles and an outer screen to remove smaller fines. No built-in aspirator; compatible with Kongskilde KF and FRL aspirators. Pre-cleaning capacity up to 50 t/h (1,750 bu/h).
• KDC 4000 PLUS: Dual-screen cleaner with built-in aspirator for removal of light impurities and dust. Pre-cleaning capacity up to 40 t/h (1,400 bu/h).
• KDC 8000 PLUS: Larger PLUS model combining screen separation and aspiration. Pre-cleaning capacity up to 80 t/h (2,800 bu/h). Features adjustable drum angle and built-in vacuum conveying screenings up to 15 m (50 ft).

• Assorted screens: Various screen types for size separation suitable for common crops.

Applications
Suitable for pre-cleaning and grading of mixed crops, seed cleaning, malting barley grading, pre-cleaning by weight and size, and aspiration cleaning at dryer discharge. Prepares grain for storage or further processing.
