Mobile grain blower SUC 300

Overview
Kongskilde grain suction blowers SUC and SupraVac provide pneumatic conveying solutions for farms and commercial grain operations. Available in electric and tractor PTO-driven versions, they handle grain pickup, silo loading/emptying, truck/wagon loading and in-field vacuum loading across a wide capacity range.

How grain suction blowers work
These units generate an airflow that draws grain into a suction cyclone where the grain is separated from the air. Grain is discharged via a rotary valve onto the pressure side pipeline for gentle horizontal, vertical and corner conveying, reducing damage and product loss.

SUC-E (Electric powered)
Electrically driven SUC-E units are suited to indoor use and mobile trolley models. Common features include belt transmission protecting the drive, control cabinets for automatic operation and larger stationary variants for higher capacities.

SUC-T models are PTO-driven three-point hitch units for sites without electric supply. They feature compact design, automatic air control and an option for pressure feeding via direct rotary valve to increase capacity by ~20%.

SUC-TR (Tractor powered, trailer type)
SUC-TR units are PTO-driven pull-type trailers designed for high-capacity loading and conveyance to storage. Standard loading equipment and tool-free belt tensioning facilitate field and transport use.

SupraVac 2000 (Tractor powered)
SupraVac 2000 is the largest tractor-powered suction blower with very high capacity and a hydraulically operated folding truck load-out boom for fast loading of large vehicles. Optional transport boxes are available for suction heads and pipe components.
