Overview
Pallet collars manufactured by KRONUS are wooden packaging elements designed to protect, stack and stabilise cargo during storage and transport. Available in 1-board and 2-board constructions, these collars are TÜV Rheinland tested for load capacity and breaking force.

Pallet collar height
Standard heights: 100 mm, 200 mm, 300 mm, 400 mm. Non-standard heights can be produced on request to meet specific packing needs.

Pallet collar size
KRONUS supplies standard and custom sizes with side lengths configurable from 300 mm to 3500 mm.

• Common standard sizes: 600 x 800 mm, 800 x 1200 mm, 1000 x 1200 mm
• Custom side lengths available across the 300–3500 mm range

6-hinged pallet collars
6-hinged variants fold flat to reduce transport and storage volume, facilitate handling in narrow spaces and speed up assembly/disassembly operations.

Personalisation
KRONUS offers painting of parts and stamping of company logos to support identification and traceability. Colour options and hinge/box customisations are available.

Certification
Loading capacity and breaking force are tested and certified by TÜV Rheinland, ensuring compliance with recognised safety standards.
