Overview
The trailed sprayer KARAN is engineered for performance, precision and durability in medium to large farms and contracting operations. Available with 4,500, 5,200 and 6,000 L tanks and aluminium booms up to 39 m, KARAN integrates the EAGLE boom-following system, efficient filling and incorporation solutions (DILUSET, MANUSET, incorporator), automated rinsing and maintenance-friendly features (removable roof and sump, quick-release pump).

Performance

• EAGLE: highly responsive boom-following system maintaining application height at speed (enables working speeds up to 25 km/h).
• Aluminium booms TR4 and RHA3: broad width range (up to 39 m) for high productivity.
• Tanks 4,500 / 5,200 / 6,000 L with high filling flow (PM280 / PM560 pumps, up to 550 L/min) to reduce filling time.
• Agitation and rapid incorporation: liquid incorporator up to 220 L/min (powder capacity 40 kg/min) to prepare spray solutions quickly.
• Continuous circulation systems and AUTOSPRAY (PWM) to maintain stable pressure and droplet size, with nozzle-by-nozzle shut-off for improved accuracy and drift reduction.

Operator comfort

• MANUSET (basic station with MT01) and DILUSET (automated station with MT30 touchscreen): automate filling, agitation, rinsing and dilution functions.
• Cab interface ISOBUS-compatible (CCI 60 / 800 / 1200 terminals and CCI A3 joystick) for ergonomic control and advanced functions (section shut-off, rate modulation).
• Maneuverability: optimized overall length (e.g. 5.00 m ring-axle on KARAN 5200/6000), TRACK MATIC steering axle (steering angle up to 28°) for easier field turning.
• Standard mechanical suspension; optional hydropneumatic suspension with automatic load compensation for improved comfort on road and field.
• Enhanced lighting (boom LED worklights, LED reversing lights) for low-light operations.

Protection (crops, soil and operator)

• AUTOSPRAY and continuous circulation systems (CCH, CCE, MULTISPRAY DUO, AUTOSPRAY): nozzle-by-nozzle shut-off, dose modulation and curve compensation to limit overdosing and drift.
• CTS (Closed Transfer System) pre-arranged: contactless transfer of jerrycans to limit operator exposure to phytosanitary products.
• Full guards protecting components and the filling station while preserving maintenance access.
• Appropriate tyres (VF option possible) and standard mudguards to reduce soil compaction and protect the machine; wide tyre options depending on conditions.
• 360° tank washers, 800 L clean water tank and automated rinsing cycle for fast, complete and safe rinsing (DILUSET).
