PresentationKUHN ANTEA Intense 2.CL is a self-propelled semi-autonomous feed mixer wagon designed for modern livestock farms. It combines automated mission execution, connectivity and precise ration control to improve daily feeding operations and adapt to each farm's specific needs.
Cabin and interfacee-VISIOSPACE cabin offering enhanced habitability and panoramic visibility. Sloping windscreen with automatic demisting film for reduced fogging and easier cleaning. Integrated adjustable armrest/joystick console. Main 14-inch color touchscreen displaying cameras, KUHN Librafeed weighing and machine dashboard on a single screen; tactile navigation complemented by the main rotary control.
Loading and conveying systems200 hp forage cutter for high loading throughput, especially efficient on coarse/fibrous forages (hay, wrapped grass). Large 800 mm wide front conveyor positioned high to maximize tank filling. Automatic conveyor descent adapting to forage density to preserve delicate products. Acid-resistant rubber belt with bolted joints, automatic belt tension and scrapers to simplify maintenance and extend service life.
Mixing and precisionIntense architecture with 2 vertical augers. High mixing capacity with configurable component speed parameters (cutter, conveyor, mixing augers) and adjustable counter-blade settings. Functions are reproduced faithfully during programmed missions to ensure repeatable rations.
Weighing and connectivityIntegrated KUHN Librafeed weighing system: native, connected and programmable weighing management. Librafeed is built into the machine and displays all weighing data on the main screen. Missions can be prepared and programmed from a PC or smartphone; weighing interacts with machine hydraulic functions.
Equipment options and packsSeveral packs to adapt ANTEA to operational needs:
- Pack DURAKUHN: working parts in tungsten carbide (e.g., cutter knives and mixing auger knives).
- Pack CONFORT: comfort and ergonomics options (magnet on mixing auger, additional cameras, heated CONFORT PLUS seat, etc.).
- Pack PLATINUM: for intensive use and resale value, including cutter, mixing augers and K-NOX tank liner.
Alloy and durabilityK-NOX (exclusive KUHN alloy): combines chrome (resistance to silage acids) and ferrite (mechanical strength). K-NOX significantly increases service life—up to 6× compared with standard steels. Pack PLATINUM offers K-NOX components (mixing augers, tank liner, cutter and housing) with welds adapted to this alloy.
Safety and maintenanceDesign eases maintenance: scrapers, automatic belt tension, bolted conveyor joints. Materials and connections selected to withstand silage conditions and reduce downtime.
Architecture and variantsANTEA Intense (2 vertical augers) available in volumes: 19 m3, 22 m3, 25 m3 and 27 m3. Front transverse conveyor discharge, with optional tilt conveyors and rear chutes depending on building configuration.
Semi-autonomous operationThe machine executes programmed missions (ration profiles, engine and hydraulic parameters) to reproduce functions and parameters consistently, ensuring repeatability and ration quality.
