Overview
The semi-buried flexible tank ECOBAG® is a fixed flexible storage solution developed for industrial-scale volumes. Using the same manufacturing technology as self-supporting flexible tanks, it enables storage capacities of up to 10,000 m³. Diamond-point excavation increases usable height compared with conventional aboveground flexible tanks by distributing loads onto embankments.

Manufacturing and materials
The manufacturing process assembles panels of technical fabric by high-frequency welding. Fabrics consist of a polyester weave (structural reinforcement) coated with PVC or PU and treated with anti-UV protection on both faces. Fabrics are selected according to the technical characteristics of each liquid and certified to comply with applicable regulations to ensure long-term performance.

Basic guide and installation
Flexible reservoirs and self-raising basins are straightforward to install and do not require special maintenance. Labaronne-Citaf provides a dedicated installation and maintenance service (PIE) to support customers throughout the project, from installation to upkeep.
