Description

We offer a huge range of manual metal screen filters. They are suitable for small flows, great surface area and low head loss. Metal screen filters are specially suitable for water containing suspended sand as well as safety stations filters. From 2” to 16 “ Available screens for manual filters: Standard screen for manual filters: 0,115 mm Construction materials Body: carbon steel or stainless steel. Joints: synthetic rubber nitrile 60º Shore. Screws: zinc-plated weather resistant. Crosshead: stainless steel AISI 316L. Metal screen filters have a great filtration surface area and minimum head loss. They are recommended for low flows. They are particularly thought as safety stations filters. SYSTEM The filtration occurs by the physical retention of particles larger than the thermo-soldered stainless steel screen. In order to obtain a larger filtration surface, another PVC cartridge is introduced between the filtration cartridge and the stainless steel screen. CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS Body: carbon steel. Joints: synthetic rubber nitrile 60º Shore. Screws: zinc-plated weather resistant. Crosshead: stainless steel AISI 316L. STEEL SURFACE TREATMENT The steel elements are treated internally and externally and an impregnation of NANOTECHNOLOGY. After that, the elements are painted by electrostatic spraying powder paint, epoxy polyester.
