The steep conveyor direct is designed for large height differences with short conveying distance. 20,000 or 30,000 eggs/hour are transported by the conveyor widths 350 and 500. Through the tab elements upward and downward slopes of 50° (Equivalent to 119 cm height difference on a meter conveyor line) can be realized at a maximum. The steep conveyor direct are available in single or double design (for nests side by side with the same or different altitude). The motor can be positioned at the discharge side left or right. The conveyor chain consists of two round link chains with welded rods and tab elements. With these tab elements a very high climbing ability is possible. The transfer into the slope is especially gentle for the egg.
