The rod conveyor units are suitable for small height differences in straight line paths. 30,000 to 45,000 or eggs/hour are transported by the conveyor widths 350 and 500. Due to the system maximum upward and downward slopes of 25° (equivalent to 47 cm difference in height to one meter conveyor line) can be realized. The rod conveyor units are available in single or double design (for nests side by side with the same or different altitude). The motor can be positioned at the discharge side left or right. The conveyor chain consists of two hollow pin chains connected with metal rods with plastic tube. Because of this chain only straight lines are possible. These units are available prefabricated as standard version in different lengths. However, it may also be offered individual version.
