Shading and cooling with a firebreak on every screen SOLARO 6125 O FB effectively cools the greenhouse by reflecting sunlight while its open structure allows airflow. During the night it helps reducing radiated heat loss from the plants, minimizing the formation of dew on the crop and the risk of fungal diseases. In cool climates it’s often combined with an energy saving screen at night. Each climate screen has approx 40 cm (16”) of firebreak along both sides, intended to limit screen-to-screen fire spread. When properly installed, this provides approx. an 80 cm (32”) of firebreak between adjacent screens.
