Compact seeder on solid wheels allowing easy moving. Seeder that can fill all types of trays for horticulture, agriculture, and forestry industries. Modular vermiculite top coater dispenser and watering tunnel sold as options. Designed to make the change of the seeder & drum roller easy and simple in less than 5 minutes. Comes with two seed recoveyr trays. The tray holding the seeds moves laterally from left to right and comes with a vibrating system. Comes with a smart computer system synchronising the speed of the roller and of the trays in order to drop the seeds centered in each cell. Conveyor with variable speed. Roller with 36 rows of holes allowing the roller to move slowly. Roller also available with 24 rows of holes for bigger seeds. Rollers with air chambers allowing suction, ejection, and cleaning. Comes with 4 air curtains with adjustable needles. Can fill trays up to 8" (20cm) height and 14" (35.5cm) width. The seeder conveyor allows you to drive a vermiculite dispenser, a watering tunnel and one section of SB 10 conveyor with the gear transfer cases. Container counter showing on the screen.
