Overview
Mantsinen offers a range of attachments engineered for efficient handling of wood products in ports, yards and processing sites. The range includes tip-to-tip and by-pass roundwood grabs, spreaders for sawn timber and pulp bales, bag spreaders and automatic quick couplers to speed up attachment changes and improve site safety.

• Roundwood Grab By-Pass: Weight 4,410 – 7,720 lbs; SWL 13,230 – 33,070 lbs. Traditional by-pass grab for versatile timber handling; standard grab sizes 1.43 – 3.10 yd2.
• Sawn Timber Spreader: Weight 1,985 – 3,530 lbs; SWL 22,050 – 52,900 lbs. Spreader for stacked sawn timber bundles and palletised loads.
• Automatic Pulp Spreader: Weight 3,970 – 9,700 lbs; SWL 13,230 – 26,460 lbs. Automated spreader designed for safe handling of pulp bales.
• Bag and Bale Spreader: Weight 2,200 – 4,400 lbs; SWL 19,840 – 26,460 lbs. Spreader for big bags and pulp bales to optimise load stability.

Automatic Quick Coupler
The Mantsinen Automatic Quick Coupler enables fully automatic attachment changes from the operator cabin in approximately two minutes. The system reduces machine standstill time, simplifies operations and enhances safety by minimising manual intervention. It is compact and designed for reliable repeated use in material handling applications.

Links and Quick Couplers
The traditional quick coupling device is compatible with all Mantsinen material handling machines and with attachments fitted with a suitable adapter, including many third-party devices. Additional hydraulic and electrical lines can be routed through the coupler to power attachment functions. Quick couplers are available with rotators and in multiple versions. Example SWL: MC620 up to 25 t (55,115 LBS), MC720 up to 50 t (110,230 LBS).
