Rationalization and precision go hand in hand here: With the smooth running of an optimized motion sequence (PLC-controlled), the TR 4420 unfolds its precisely ordered working power when picking up and setting down lines and thus represents the key station between the potting machine and downstream processing stations. Due to its high compatibility, the TR 4420 can be adjusted to all common pot transport systems, mobile tables, trailers and collecting conveyors. There is also the option of compensating for different table widths by means of friction wheels with springs. Programming and data input are carried out conveniently via a modern and durable touch screen. Furthermore, the additional swiveling of the pot fork ensures optimum utilization of the available floor space.
