Pot destacker Potjet 2

Overview
The Potjet 2 pot destacker is an automated separation system for horticultural pots, awarded the German Innovation Award Horticulture (BMEL) and the Sival Innovation Bronze Award 2020 for its practical applicability and innovative design.

Functionality and features
Separation is performed by rotating spindles with guide rails and is managed via a central touchscreen. The Potjet 2 handles round and square plastic pots without changing the pot input. The touchscreen includes a standard database of more than 1,000 pot types; additional pot profiles can be added and saved.

Design and installation
The pot magazine is mounted on a mobile trolley for easy retrofit to existing lines (including other brands). The unit is self-sufficient and can also operate directly on a conveyor belt.
