The CLEANchick™ candling principle is based on non-contact detection of live embryos with unmatched accuracy. In combination with the CLEANchick™ Dual candling technology, clear eggs can also be candled. It can be used for chicken eggs starting from day 16. Contamination-free production The contact-free concept assures virtually 100% cross-contamination free production. With the eye on a maximal clean air- atmosphere in the candling room, best bio security practice in the hatchers and allowing old flocks being treated on the separator, Innovatec developed the “active banger removal system” called Octopus. This system removes all gas- eggs immediately and effective, after being candled. Easy cleaning For ease of clean the CLEANchick™ technology containing head can be opened, allowing easy approach of the candling area. The CLEANchick™ Dual candling head is portable.
