Despite the fact that resaws are in stationary position, Mebor still uses the same solid structure as for log band saws. This gives stability of sawing and low maintenance. Mebor’s resaws are designed for variety of purposes, such as resawing of slabs, cants, boards and lamellas. From small simple RS 800 resaw to high throughput RS 1300 resawing systems. Works without an operator; one man stacking simulta- neously. Single or double cut version available. High precision, servo controlled blade positioning (+/- 0,05 mm). Special project example: HTZ 1200 RS E17 – fully customised band saw for cutting width of 1,7 m; tilting table with automatic positioning. High precision servo controlled positioning of the blade and table.
