Mita, with its latest patented product, offers a control valve that includes an anti-dumping system capable of reducing excessive shocks caused by heavy tools during transport. This provides a significant improvement in terms of comfort and maneuverability of the tractor, increasing operator safety and reducing the chance of mechanical damage due to overload. The MdHD system is available in two different versions: one activated via a manual switch and the other through an intercepting solenoid valve. The valves are compatible with every HPL in the MITA mechanical range and are available both as OEM parts on HPL systems and as aftermarket additions to existing MITA products.

In the comparison above, we see the effect of Mita MdHD system on a bumpy track. Without MdHD, the pressure in the cylinder reachs peaks of about 180 bar, while the arms present an erratic behaviour that affects the stability and therefore the handling of the tractor. The pump activates in case of big bumps in order to contrast the elastic deformation of the system. After the activation of Mita MdHD system, the pressure in the cylinder never exceeds 130 bar. In correspondance with the peaks, we see a slight lowering of the arms (the dampening action) and then a clear activation of the pump, taking the arms back to transport position
