Egg breaker Micro32

The Micro32, just as the Micro25 breaker, is the smallest Moba egg breaking machine. They are designed for small-scale egg breaking operations as well as food-related pasta and pastry plants. The capacity production of the Micro32 is 12,000 eggs/hour (32 cph). The Micro32 can be operated with chutes as well for great egg-yolk separation. Its compact size allows it to be installed just about anywhere, even in smaller places. The Micro32 breakers are ready to be plugged in and run for immediate production as they do not need any special installation. The machine can be equipped with either a manual loading system or a water-loader. When required, the Micro32 egg-breaker can also be supplied with a straight-forward egg washing machine. The Micro32 is built in compliance with the strictest food hygiene standards and consequently all its components, identical to the ones in the high-capacity breakers, can be cleaned with ease and ensures reliable operations for many years.
