The Simplex5S125 egg breaker separator has been designed for medium-scale egg breaking plants, and has a maximum capacity of 45,000 eggs/hour (125 cases/hour). The Simplex5S125 is the only medium-capacity egg breaker on the market equipped with features only available for high-capacity machines, such as the yolk detector (Albuchecker) and the option of cleaning in place (CIP). Like all other egg breakers produced by Moba, the Simplex5S125 egg breaker guarantees maximum yield due to the specific inclination and shape of the cracking head which results in the total recovery of the liquid contained inside the shell. With the Simplex5S125, you can expect everything the Simplex3S75 has to offer, complemented with an additional spare parts kit and the Albuchecker. The yolk detector Albuchecker ensures perfect separation, thus guaranteeing an extremely clean egg white and yolk with a high dry residue and an extremely low percentage of whole egg. The Simplex5S125 egg breaker can be integrated with a Crono1 egg loader for further manpower reduction. The Albuchecker is a high-resolution vision system that masters complete production control. By placing cameras above the egg flow direct contact is avoided which facilitates production without downtime. The system uses a ground-breaking and patented software to identify even the smallest egg yolk stain in the albumen separation cup. During this process, the software immediately identifies and activates the cylinder system to release albumen with yolk stains into a whole egg tray under the separation cups.
