Egg breaker Synchro150

The Synchro150 is an egg breaking and separating machine with a capacity of up to 54,000 eggs/hour (150 cases/hour). The Synchro150 guarantees higher productivity and yield due to the innovative extended drain section that has been designed in the new chassis allowing an increase of drain time and with that a higher egg liquid recovery than every other comparable machine. Several new features have been added to this new state-of-the-art egg breaking system: •Onboard control panel •7 “full washing” zones to be connected to a CIP system •Intelligent liquid detection and cupwashing during the production phase •The Albuchecker vision scanner for automatic detection of yolk particles in albumen to guarantee the cleanest albumen in the industry •LED light illumination with higher duration and continuous stabilized lighting intensity.
