Egg breaker Micro25

Micro breakers are the smallest Moba egg breaking machines. They are designed for small-scale egg breaking operations as well as food-related pasta and pastry plants. The capacity production of the Micro25 is 9,000 eggs/hour (25 cph). Due to the compact dimensions, these breakers can be installed almost everywhere, even in the smallest places. The Micro25 breakers are ready to be plugged in and run for immediate production as they do not need any special installation. Micro egg breakers can be equipped with either a manual loading system or a water-loader. When required, the Micro25 egg breakers can also be supplied with an egg washing machine. The Micro25 breakers, like any other Moba equipment, comply with the strictest food hygiene standards. All their components, identical to the ones in the high-capacity breakers, can be cleaned with ease and ensure a reliable operation for many years.
