Moba's PW egg washer is designed to be integrated with breaking equipment and washes eggs with a maximum capacity of 180,000 eggs/hour (500 cases/hour). The equipment is made entirely of stainless steel. A complete Moba egg washing line is mounted using a modular concept. PW modules can be 1,5 or 3 meters long, the total length of the line depends on the characteristics (cleaning time, prewash, drying, candling, etc.). The PW egg washers are equipped with a combination of nozzles and brushes. High capacity pumps are used for re-circulating the washing water, which passes through a two-layer filter plus an inline filter. Heating the washing water can be done either by direct steam injection or using a heat exchanger. The final rinse is combined with a dosing pump to add a disinfectant solution before the optional final drying phase. Powerful dryers can be added to the washer to remove residual water before breaking. The egg washing line can be configured to meet your specific needs. For example, you can add more than one module (prewash, wash) or add options like egg blowers and egg candling.
