Electronic transplanter to pick up/transplant young seedlings from tray to tray or from tray to pot. Manufactured with a heavy metal frame to guarantee stability and precision, the grippers move and operate at 90° with respect to the trays moving direction.
The grippers are individually motorized in order to obtain the maximum transplanting flexibility and make the machine work always at the maximum possible speed. The software allows the creation of “self-learning” programs with a large storage of programs both in loading (pick up of plants) and in unloading (transplantation).
Working speed and depth of transplant can be changed without stopping the machine. On each machine is included the lateral picking mode in order to facilitate the pick up of plants with long leaves or tall young plants. The number of grippers of the transplanter can vary from 3 grippers (4-4500 plants / hour) up to 10 grippers (14-15000 plants/hour).
The grippers can be 30 or 50 mm long depending on the consistency of the plants and the size of the cells of the tray/pot
