Is a machine with high modularity and versatility that can be set up only as a destacker of trays for hobby and/or pots, and coupled to any type of filler. In the version provided with printing and labeling options, it may be supplied with one, two or three printing units/applicator for labelling both the tray or pot-holding tray, and the trays individually.
The planning and management of the labels in a variety of programs is achieved via a personal computer with a simple software that can "draw" both fixed and variable fields, as well as create bar codes.
The machine is equipped with a simple and user-friendly control panel for the setting and control of all functions and mechanisms, including a useful alarm menu for a rapid identification and solution of any machine crashes.
Labels can be of the following dimensions:
25 x 25 mm. Minimum up to:
40 x 100 mm. Maximum, both for the tray - pot holder, and on the individual trays.
A special application of the two printing units/applicator to the individual trays, allows the application of a small label (abt. 15x35 mm.) only on a socket, allowing full reuse of unused or recycled trays without having to remove the already applied labels.
