The manual spin dryer Mod. Adry has been developed to centrifuge lots of dierent kind of vegetables, salads, whole leaves and other delicate products as baby Leaves. The machine is supplied with a programming system which can save several programs that can be customized and saved by the operator for the dierent products to be centrifuged. Also the centrifuge, has the ability to be programmed to a slow start adjusted according to the delicacy of the product being processed, as also the rotation clockwise / anticlockwise function or left-right, where the basket rotates in both directions during the process of centrifugation.
