Description
Nénufar is an independent French SME that has specialised since 2012 in autonomous methanisation on livestock farms and the covering of digestate pits. The company designs, manufactures and installs patented pit covers, incorporating equipment such as three-phase submersible agitators, stainless steel ladders, biogas treatment systems, etc.
The three-phase submersible agitators are mounted on stainless steel brackets. These powerful mixers (9kW, 11kW, 15kW, 18.5kW or 25kW) homogenise the material, preventing crust formation and sedimentation.
A winch allows the mixer to be adjusted according to the level of the slurry or digestate. The chain and buoy indicate the height of the mixer.
The mixers can be equipped with stainless steel protective sleeves. The mixers are controlled automatically by a custom-made control cabinet.
The stainless steel masts can be adapted to different brands of mixers.
Nénufar has facilities in France (Aubervilliers, Trémeur, Bretoncelles) and Italy (Brescia) to support projects throughout the region.
