Description

Laboratory mill OlisLab 2100, a modernized version of the LZM-1 mill, knife type, is designed for grinding laboratory samples of cereals, legumes and oilseeds and other solid food products in order to prepare samples for further determination of moisture content and other quality indicators. Main purpose is the grinding of a laboratory sample for determining moisture content. With the help of the mill, the process of grinding a solid product with brittle or brittle-plastic properties is realized due to shear deformation (displacement), which is provided by the working body in the form of the metal knife rotating at high speed. It is used in grain receiving and grain processing enterprises, feed mills, oil extraction, bakery and other food enterprises, variety testing breeding stations, research laboratories and inspection companies. Scope of application: for grinding a sample for a standardized determination of moisture content by the air-thermal method: for grain according to GOST 13586.5; oilseeds according to DSTU 4811:2007; corn according to DSTU ISO 6540:2007 and ISO 6540:2021; grain and grain products according to ISO 712:2009; cereals according to GOST 26312.7-88 (canceled in Ukraine); feed according to DSTU ISO 6496:2005 and ISO 6496:1999; AACC 44-15A; Gafta 2:1; Gafta 2:2; as well as for use in other methods according to domestic and international standards. The laboratory mill consists of the body, the electric motor and the metal-reinforced plastic cup, into which grain is poured for grinding.
