Description

Product overview
Tractor-mounted, PTO-driven hazelnut harvesting and husking machine designed for mechanized collection, cleaning and shell separation. The FTM-2500 operates with tractors from 45 HP and above and is engineered for continuous field use on orchards and sloping terrain.

Main benefits & capabilities
  • Tractor PTO-driven operation for direct power take-off.
  • Minimum tractor power required: 45 HP.
  • Daily collection and husking capacity: approximately 2,500–3,000 kg/day.
  • Equivalent performance to roughly 35 manual workers per day.
  • Collection hose configurations: single or double hose; standard effective length 50 m (two sections of 25 cm diameter); extension options up to ~100 m in specified setups.
  • Wheeled transport chassis for mobility in orchards and gardens.
  • Standard accessories: PTO shaft and middle arm.

Harvesting & cleaning process
The machine uses a suction collection hose to pick fallen hazelnuts (including near-ground crevices). Collected material is transported through a spiral cleaning stage into a drum chamber where shells separate from kernels. A sorting chamber and double-fan system remove leaves, soil and other debris, delivering cleaned, hulled hazelnuts ready for packing.

Operational advantages
  • High husking efficiency: approximately 98% husking rate.
  • Continuous operation capability in varied weather conditions.
  • Designed for maneuverability on sloping and irregular terrain.
  • Significant labor cost reduction by integrating collection, cleaning and husking in one pass.

Usage recommendation
Recommended for orchards and farms seeking fast, labor-saving mechanized hazelnut harvesting. Typical daily operational planning suited to plots of approximately 8–20 acres depending on field conditions and operator practice.
