Overview
The SHM-01 cucumber harvester is constructed from 100% 304 RAL stainless steel. It is electrically driven (22 kW, 380 V) and designed for continuous processing of cucumbers and similar produce. An integrated residue auger allows controlled transfer of post-processing waste to a chosen discharge point. The stainless steel body facilitates cleaning and on-site hygiene management.
