Description

A hygienic barn is crucial for animal welfare and the efficiency of your agricultural operation. Our hydraulic push-rod dung removal system reliably removes manure from free-range barns, reducing germs, odors, and the risk of hoof diseases. We offer a proven and reliable solution for automatic manure disposal in agricultural operations with our push-rod dung removal system. Our system ensures continuous cleaning of walkways and manure channels, improves barn hygiene, and significantly reduces labor. It is ideal for cattle, pig, and poultry barns, helping to ensure dry walking surfaces and promote animal health. Technical Data - Hydraulic unit: 4 kW or 5.5 kW - Oil capacity: Approx. 60 liters - Pressure box (L x W x H): 600 x 330 x 3100 mm - Pressing force: 6 – 10 tons - Conveyor rod for manure channel: 500 or 600 mm Functionality - The push-rod dung removal system operates with a hydraulic drive that moves a push rod back and forth to remove manure from the barn. The entire process runs automatically, ensuring continuous cleaning. - A hydraulic unit sets the push rod in motion and generates the necessary force for manure transport. - The push rod moves forward inside a pressure box, pushing the manure through a manure channel into a collection pit or conveyor system. - After reaching the endpoint, the push rod returns to its starting position while new manure accumulates in the channel. - The system repeats this process automatically at set intervals or can be operated manually. Advantages at a Glance - High pushing force: Up to 10 tons of pressure ensure thorough and complete manure removal, even with large quantities. - Automated cleaning: The system operates independently according to a schedule, significantly reducing daily labor. - Fewer hoof diseases: Dry and clean walking surfaces lower the risk of Mortellaro, thrush, and other infections. - Better barn climate: Regular manure removal reduces ammonia formation, improving air quality for both humans and animals. - Consistent manure disposal: No accumulation of manure in specific areas, but continuous disposal that keeps the barn climate stable. - Low maintenance: Robust hydraulics with few moving parts ensure long service life and minimal maintenance costs. - Flexible use: The system can be adapted to different barn sizes and structural conditions, ideal for new and existing barns. Areas of Application - Our push-rod dung removal systems are a proven solution for agricultural operations that require reliable and automated barn cleaning. They are particularly suitable for cattle, pig, and poultry barns with solid walking surfaces and can be flexibly integrated into various barn concepts. - They can be used in both free-range barns, where animals move freely, and tie-stall barns, where regular and thorough cleaning is essential for animal health. In deep-litter barns, the push-rod dung removal system also offers an effective way to continuously transport manure out of the barn, creating a clean environment for the animals. - Thanks to their modular design, our systems can be adapted to different farm sizes – from small family farms with few animals to large agricultural enterprises with high barn capacity. Technical Features / Specifications - Hydraulic unit: 4 kW or 5.5 kW - Oil capacity: approx. 60 liters - Pressure box dimensions: 600 x 330 x 3100 mm - Pressing force: 6 – 10 tons - Conveyor rod width: 500 or 600 mm - Automatic or manual operation - Suitable for cattle, pig, and poultry barns - Modular and adaptable to various barn sizes
