Overview
A fully electric foreign-body cleaning machine designed for harvested vegetables and herbs. Part of the Ecoline range, TS ECO Cleaner can be mounted on a harvester or integrated into a processing line to remove insects, dicotyledons, small leaves, stones and soil without damaging delicate leaves.

Operation / Construction
The harvested product falls onto a moving stainless-steel mesh. A shaking shaft gently agitates the load to dislodge insects, stones and unwanted fragments while preserving leaf integrity. Sifted product is conveyed out via a screw conveyor which also expels waste. The unit can be mounted on the harvester platform or positioned at the end of a processing line. All structural components are stainless steel and key operating speeds (belt and shaking shaft) are user-adjustable.
